I love chocolates.  Well, I think nobody do not!  Who can resist the tempting, scrumptious, mouthwatering sweet taste of this tiny dark brown substance?  People from all walks of life, even an ill-tempered person can be appeased when offered with chocolates.  Many countries, especially in Europe created a mark and made chocolates their prime product.  In our country, when a person comes home from another country, chocolates are always part of the package.  Oh and not to forget those kids who stop crying when their mom and dad gave them chocolates.

Of the so many chocolate cuisines, what I love the most are cakes.  There are wide array of chocolate cakes nowadays.  Cake shops endlessly find ways on how to improve their chocolate flavored delicacies.  They often pair cakes to coffee.  What a perfect combination!  Of course, who celebrated a birthday without a cake?  No one can say that they never experienced having a cake present during their birthday or during special occasions.

One of the very alluring cakes is the chocolate lava cake.  Seeing this kind of cake makes me drool.  Not to mention the very enticing appearance once this cake is presented in the dining table.  I'm not a chef, nor a cake shop owner.  I'm a real lava cake fan.  But I don't want to spend hundreds just to pacify my longing to eat such kind of cake.  Thanks to the wonders of cake mixes.  These cake mixes allow ordinary people to bake extraordinary cakes.  It's very fortunate that I get easy access to lava cake mix sold in the grocery store where I reside.  Having easy access gives me free hand to create lava cakes as much and as often as I want to.  The lava cake mix that I use provides very easy steps too.  The directions are very friendly and are easy to understand.  This lava cake mix is also flexible that it allows me to also create a variety of lava cakes.  Thru this lava cake mix, I also can make chocolate banana inspired cake or what we call “banofee pie.”

One time, we had a cake making contest.  The main rule is to use one kind of lava cake mix only.  I grabbed the opportunity and joined the contest.  What I did is to create a dark lava cake mix.  Not only did I prepare meticulously; I also presented the lava cake like a pro.  Guess what.  I won the contest.  Thanks to my lava cake mix.
